E ' past one year, but it's always good to remember such a fantastic experience.
Do not be scared by the name "study-" to school because the courses were not boring, but a moment of exchange with students from around the world.
Montréal is a city multi-ethnic, very open to new cultures. I was in a very nice family, consisting of Mike, a Canadian, and his wife Mary, a sociable woman of Greek origin.
They live in a neighborhood outside the center, Lachine, wonderful for the casinos and on cottage, surrounded by snow . The snow, in fact, has been with us for 15 days because he was everywhere: in the driveway, along roadsides, rooftops, trees ... Everything was white and set in a fairy tale atmosphere. The temperature a little hard, but bearable.
As soon as I looked out the window of my room I saw a squirrel that ran on the trees. Amazing! During the stay I've seen 3 or 4, trying to photograph them, although they were too fast, employed in the chase just as in the cartoon "The Sword in the Stone."
Every morning I took the bus and the subway to arrive in downtown Montreal, characterized by high skyscrapers and buildings, which reminded me of those seen on TV many times in American films. Due to the harsh climate in winter, was built a huge underground city , full of shops, restaurants and fast-food, which is connected to all metro stations.
